Fillingham Consultancy Services provides business consulting, personal coaching and facilitation services. For each of these services an initial free consultation will be offered.

Following the initial consultation for consultancy or facilitiation, you will be sent an outline scope, a quotation and terms of business for the engagement. Your written agreement (by email) will confirm acceptance of the scope, quotation and terms of business.

The terms of service for coaching are as follows:

• Scope of Services/Goods: You will book coaching sessions as needed. Each session will last for 50 minutes. You are aware that whilst Richard Fillingham has recognised business qualifications and memberships of professional bodies (i.e. Association for Project Managers, Chartered Institute of Fundraising, Chartered Management Institute), he is not an accredited coach nor is he registered with a coaching governing body.

• Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to book a session. The session can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Failure to provide 24 hours notice to reschedule or failure to attend the session will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Should Fillingham Consultancy need to reschedule then you will be offered a 30% discount for that session. Full payment is required within 30 days following the session.

• Delivery: Delivery of the coaching sessions will be through an online platform (e.g. skype, zoom, google meet, etc) as agreed. There will be no in person coaching sessions.

• Dispute Resolution: In the first instance, complaints can be raised by email to fillinghamconsultancy@gmail.com. Should you be dissatisfied with the response to your complaint then disputes will be resolved by mediation; details can be provided on request.

• Intellectual Property: Any materials provided to you during the course of your coaching session are for your personal use only and will remain the intellectual property of Fillingham Consultancy Services.

• Liability: Fillingham Consultancy will be liable for up to 10 times the value of a single coaching session for any direct consequences that can be attributed to the content of that session. Fillingham Consultancy will accept no liability for indirect losses (e.g. loss of income, missed business opportunities).

• Confidentiality: Fillingham Consultancy will maintain all information provided by you in the strictest of confidence, except where they have a lawful duty to provide this information to a 3rd party (e.g. to law enforcement, regulators, etc).
